Cone Dribble Drill, Forward, And Return:

Objective:

Set-up:

5 cones in a straight line, equally spaced apart is required. The separation could be as much as 4-5 meters.

Execution:

Take a 30-second break after reaching all four cones and returning to Cone 1 before beginning the following set. In this drill, the ball moves down a straight line, and then it dribbles between cones to complete the drill.

Execution:

The attacker must return to the attacking line if the defenders were successful in winning the ball back.
